By using Lynqed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Lynqed
Lynqed is a relationship intelligence app that helps you remember what matters and strengthen who matters. During Alpha, Lynqed stores data locally on your device and does not require a cloud account.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information you enter in Lynqed.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any backups you create.
- You agree to use Lynqed lawfully and respectfully.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Lynqed to harass others, store unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, or misuse permissions. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.
Intellectual Property
Lynqed’s name, branding, design, and software are owned by Lynqed and its licensors. Your relationship data remains yours. These terms do not claim ownership of content you create in the app.
Alpha Software Disclaimer
Lynqed is currently in Alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed. Data loss is possible if you do not maintain backups. Use Alpha builds with that understanding and provide feedback to help us improve.
No Warranty
Lynqed is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynqed and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or missed reminders.
Termination
You may stop using Lynqed at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue Alpha access with reasonable notice when necessary.
Future Services
Optional future services (such as cloud backup or calendar sync) may have additional terms presented before you enable them. Nothing in these terms requires you to use paid or cloud features.
